Return Policy:

All returned products must be unopened and Unused. Silver Moon herbals is not responsible for shipping charges incurred on refunds or exchanges if the error is not ours.
If you find a defect, please contact us immediately so we may replace your product. We will replace or refund the defective product and will cover any shipping charges incurred. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Please contact us before returning any product.
Please do not send items to the address on the contact page. Email for correct address for returns.

 

Ordering:

To order please find the item you are looking for, and click the Add to cart button.
If you want to add more items click Continue shopping.
Click the Shopping cart icon at the top of any page when you're done.
Orders can be paid by credit card. You do Not need a paypal account.
Review your shopping cart. Then, to pay by credit card without a paypal account, click "Pay with an online bank account, debit or credit card ...."
Fill out your information on the secure form and follow the simple instructions.

We cannot accept phone orders unless special arrangements are made.

We are a micro business and we do our best but we cannot ship at the speeds of the Big box companies.

U.S.A & Canada orders will ship via USPS Priority mail or standard mail.
